Shipping policy

All orders at Kreativ Hoodies are made-to-order through our print-on-demand partner, Printful. This means every item is printed specifically for you.

Processing Time 

Orders are processed within 3–7 business days (this does not include weekends or holidays). Processing time may be longer during busy periods or holidays.

Shipping Time (United States)

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery usually takes:
- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.

Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships from Printful. You can track your order using that number.

Important Notes

- We cannot change the shipping address once an order has been placed.
- Delivery times are estimates and can sometimes be affected by factors outside our control (weather, carrier delays, etc.).
- You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped.
