Every Kreativ Hoodies item is made to order by our print partner, Printful. Because it's printed just for you, our return policy is limited.
Change of mind or wrong size
We don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or sizing. Please check the Size Guide before you order.
Damaged, defective or wrong item
If your item arrives damaged, defective or wrong, we'll make it right. Contact us within 30 days of delivery.
To request a replacement or refund:
- Email hello@kreativhoodies.com
- Include your order number
- Attach clear photos of the problem
We'll review it and work with Printful on a replacement or refund.
Items that can't be returned
- Custom or personalized products
- Sale or discounted items (unless defective)
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. If an item qualifies for a return, you can place a new order for a different size or design.
