How long does it take to receive my order?

Everything is made to order. Printing usually takes 2–5 business days, and US shipping usually takes 3–4 business days after that. Most orders arrive within 1–2 weeks. For Christmas, order by December 8.

Are your products made to order?

Yes. Every hoodie and tee is printed for you when you order.

What is your return policy?

Because every item is custom printed, we don't accept returns for change of mind or sizing. We do replace or refund damaged, defective or wrong items. See our Returns & Refunds Policy.

How do I know what size to order?

Check our Size Guide. The easiest way is to lay a hoodie or tee you already own flat and compare it to the chart.

Will the colours on my screen match the product?

We do our best to show accurate colours, but screens and printing can vary slightly.

Can I customize the design or text?

Not right now. All designs are ready-made. Don't see your town? Request it here.

Where are the products printed and shipped from?

Our print partner, Printful, prints and ships from facilities in the United States.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet. We ship within the United States.

How do I care for my hoodie or tee?

Machine wash cold, inside out, and tumble dry low. Don't iron directly on the print.
